# Wheel of Fortune

{% hint style="info" %}
**This section is under development and may change over time.**
{% endhint %}

The Wheel of Fortune is ARKADA's instant-reward mechanic, available after completing eligible quest.

Each spin gives players a chance to win valuable rewards.

The chance of winning depends on your Seasonal Rank — the higher your rank, the larger your reward multiplier and the better your odds of receiving rare prizes.

Possible rewards include:

* Up to 0.01 $ETH
* Project tokens
* Shogun NFTs (previous releases)
* ARKADA Points - Multiplied for each user by [**Advanced Scoring Engine**](https://docs.arkada.gg/~/revisions/9BQlO4CIMIiDejOKXsAT/core-features/arkada-scoring-engine)
* Arena tickets worth $5 - $10

# Performance Hub

{% hint style="info" %}
**This section is under development and may change over time.**
{% endhint %}

The Performance Hub is the central dashboard where every ARKADA user can monitor their progress, track seasonal performance, and showcase their achievements. It is the player’s main interface for understanding how individual actions — from completing quests to engaging with the community — translate into tangible rewards and contributed value.

At the top of the Performance Hub, each user sees their **profile**, including username, avatar, connected wallets, and their current standing in the **Season Rank** and [**Leaderboard**](https://docs.arkada.gg/~/revisions/1voCrnKLklaK9UcK42CA/core-features/leaderboard). The hub also highlights the current season theme, complete with visual identity and lore, and provides easy navigation to past seasons to review historical performance.

Central to the Performance Hub is the Season Rank display. This section shows the player’s current tier, total points, and progression toward the next rank.

> Season Rank Score = Season Tier Multiplier x (Quest Points + Referral Points + Arena Points) + Previous Season Bonus

Points are earned through:

* Quests — Completing on-chain and off-chain campaign tasks.
* Referrals — Earning points from the activity of invited users.
* Trading Arena — Scoring points through competitive matches.
* Previous Season Bonus — Carrying forward part of the prior season’s performance.

Multipliers that boost your Season Rank are calculated by the [ARKADA Scoring Engine.](https://docs.arkada.gg/~/revisions/KVbBVHeuaxogj6JQ0dV1/core-features/arkada-scoring-engine)

### Season Tiers

Your Season Rank determines your position in the leaderboard and your chances for valuable rewards, including $ETH rewards and [Wheel of Fortune](https://docs.arkada.gg/~/revisions/nMfC2BHNGnG8c9FUNUxq/core-features/wheel-of-fortune) bonuses.

<table><thead><tr><th width="157.98828125">Tier</th><th width="216.86328125">Points Range</th><th width="163.98046875">Reward</th><th>Wheel of Fortune Chance</th></tr></thead><tbody><tr><td>Top 10</td><td>>50,000 &#x26; Top 10</td><td>ETH</td><td>2.0x</td></tr><tr><td>Top 50</td><td>>50,000 &#x26; Rank 11–50</td><td>ETH</td><td>1.6x</td></tr><tr><td>Diamond</td><td>>50,000</td><td>ETH</td><td>1.4x</td></tr><tr><td>Platinum</td><td>>25,000</td><td>ETH</td><td>1.3x</td></tr><tr><td>Gold</td><td>>10,000</td><td>ETH</td><td>1.2x</td></tr><tr><td>Silver</td><td>>5,000</td><td>ETH</td><td>1.1x</td></tr><tr><td>Bronze</td><td>>1,000</td><td>ETH</td><td>1.0x</td></tr></tbody></table>

Every element in the Performance Hub is designed to keep users engaged and informed. It transforms raw activity into a clear performance profile, making seasonal progression transparent and motivating. For projects, the Performance Hub serves as public proof of user value, offering verifiable insight into who is driving meaningful engagement in the ecosystem.

The Performance Hub is where competition, recognition, and strategy meet — the place where users see the direct impact of their actions, and projects discover their most valuable advocates.

# Advanced Scoring Engine

{% hint style="info" %}
**This section is under development and may change over time.**
{% endhint %}

The Advanced Scoring Engine is the intelligence layer powering ARKADA’s [**Performance Hub**](https://docs.arkada.gg/~/revisions/voQJFpW6r8nHEUOTFC2b/core-features/performance-hub) — a dynamic framework that measures, rewards, and sustains value across the entire platform.

Its primary role is to identify high-value participants, measure real user impact, and channel that value directly to the projects that need it most. This transforms user engagement from a raw metric into an economic driver, aligning incentives for both communities and project teams.

By bridging the gap between engagement and outcomes, the Scoring Engine ensures:

* Projects gain a clear view of who their genuine, long-term contributors are.
* Users receive rewards proportional to the depth and quality of their activity, not just the volume of actions.

The result is a closed-loop economy where every quest completed, message posted, or on-chain action taken fuels both project growth and user progression. Unlike static systems that reward surface-level participation, the ARKADA model actively channels attention and rewards toward behaviors that drive retention, liquidity, and adoption.

From an economic standpoint, the ARKADA Scoring acts as a value multiplier across the platform:

* It boosts all seasonal points earned from quests, events, and activities, compounding user progression over time.
* It prioritizes quality engagement (e.g., holding tokens, contributing to governance, creating content) over spam or one-time farming.
* It supports sustainable reward distribution, ensuring budgets are allocated toward users who deliver measurable impact.

In ARKADA, the score is more than just a number — it’s the economic signal that powers a fair, scalable, and impact-driven engagement model for Web3.

### Advanced Scoring Engine – Structure

The Advanced Scoring Engine evaluates users through five main multiplier categories, each contributing to a capped overall boost for all points earned on the platform.

<details>

# Pyramids

**ARKADA Pyramids** are a unique proof-of-engagement mechanism that act as on-chain **proofs of quest layer.** Each Pyramid is minted by a user after successfully completing a quest on the ARKADA platform and serves as a tangible, blockchain-based representation of user activity.

***

## What Are Pyramids?

* **NFT-Based Proofs**: Every Pyramid is an NFT that is minted after a user completes a verified quest.
* **Non-Transferable**: Pyramids are **non-tradeable** and permanently tied to the user's profile, making them a true proof-of-action.
* **Two Types**:
  * **Regular Pyramids** – earned through basic and regular quests.
  * **Gold Pyramids** – minted only upon completion of **Premium Quests**. These have a higher valuation in leaderboards and airdrop calculations.

***

## Why They Matter

* **On-Chain Identity**: Pyramids help establish a user's on-chain engagement history, tied directly to their ARKADA Profile.
* **Airdrop Multiplier**: The number and type of Pyramids directly influence user rankings and reward eligibility in seasonal airdrops.
* **Anti-Bot Mechanism**: Because pyramids must be actively minted post-verification, they serve as a strong anti-bot filter.
* **Seasonal Impact**: At the end of each season, the amount of pyramids determines a user’s eligibility for ARKADA Token drops.

***

## Utility & Ecosystem Role

* **Gamified Progression**: Completing quests and collecting pyramids unlocks visual progress and boosts ARKADA Score.
* **Reward Scaling**: Gold pyramids valued higher than Regular pyramids, offering strategic value to power users.
* **Campaign Milestones**: In large-scale ecosystem campaigns, completing a set of pyramids can unlock exclusive badges or rewards.

***

## How to Mint a Pyramid

Minting a Pyramid is the **final step** of a completed quest on ARKADA.

1. **Complete the full quest flow** (regular or premium).
2. After successful verification, the **“Mint Pyramid”** button becomes available.
3. **Claim** your Pyramid and complete the quest.
4. **Sign the transaction** to confirm.
5. The Pyramid is minted and **permanently linked to your wallet**.

Pyramids are gas-efficient, non-transferable, and automatically registered in your on-chain Arkada profile as proof-of-completion.

***

## Smart Contract Address

You can view and verify all Pyramid NFTs on-chain via contract address:

# Referral System

{% hint style="info" %}
**This section is under development and may change over time.**
{% endhint %}

The Arkada Referral System rewards contributors who bring **active users** to the platorm — users who complete quests and meaningfully participate.

Arkada is built on a simple principle: **quest completions are the single core signal of value**.

Referral rewards are distributed **only when real participation happens**, not based on reach, hype, or promotional effort alone.

The system is structured into **distinct layers**, each rewarding a different type of contribution.

***

#### **User & Creator Referral Layers**

These layers are designed for individual users, creators, influencers, and community leaders.

* **Direct Referrals (Layer 1)**

  Reward contributors who onboard users that actively complete quests.
* **Mentorship Rewards (Layer 2)**

  Reward contributors who onboard and support other contributors, stacking on top of direct referrals.
* **Joint Pools (Layer 3)**

  Enable groups of contributors to earn collectively through shared performance and coordinated execution.

All user-facing layers follow the same performance-based rules and operate within system-wide caps and safeguards.

***

#### **Partner Campaign Structures**

These structures are designed for projects, platforms, and ecosystems using Arkada as an engagement infrastructure.

* **Featured Projects**

  Partners that work with Arkada to onboard users either by running dedicated quest campaigns **or by integrating Arkada into their existing distribution channels**.
* **Ecosystems**

  Large networks of projects coordinating quests and distributing rewards through shared prize pools.

These structures operate at a different scale and follow campaign-specific rules.

***

#### **What Arkada Rewards**

Arkada does **not** reward activity by default.

Only **outcomes** are measured.

**What is rewarded:**

* Quest completions
* Aggregate quest activity generated by referred users or teams

**What is not rewarded directly:**

* Impressions or reach
* Number of posts
* Follower count
* Engagement without completed quests

This ensures rewards are tied to **real participation**, not surface-level activity.

***

#### **High-Level Reward Model**

A predefined portion of platform value is allocated to contributors, while the remainder supports platform operations, development, and long-term sustainability.

Across all referral layers:

* **Maximum total share per individual: 40%**

  *(up to 30% from Direct Referrals + 10% from Mentorship)*
* All rewards are drawn from the same shared allocation

This keeps the system **fair, predictable, and sustainable**.

***

#### **Transparency & Tracking**

Every contributor has access to a **profile page** that serves as their referral control center.

From this page, contributors can:

* Access their unique referral link
* Track quest-driven value generated
* View performance by layer
* Monitor progress toward the system maximum
* Review historical performance

All data is visible, verifiable, and updated in real time.

***

#### **How It Works (Quick Start)**

1. Get your referral link from your profile
2. Share it with users
3. Users complete quests
4. Rewards are distributed automatically
5. Track everything in your profile

***

**In short:**

**If you bring users who complete quests, the system works for you.**

Use the sections below to explore each layer in detail →

# Direct Referrals (Layer 1)

### **Purpose**

This page explains how **individual creators, influencers, KOLs, and community leaders** earn through **Direct Referrals (Layer 1)** in the Arkada Referral System.

The purpose of this layer is to reward **measurable contribution generated by your direct referrals**, with contribution defined exclusively as:

* **Quest completions by users you directly onboard**

Other actions such as content creation, social promotion, hosting AMAs, or mentoring are **supporting instruments**. They help drive quest participation, but **do not generate rewards on their own**.

> Direct Referrals (Layer 1) serve as the foundation for all other user-facing referral layers, including Mentorship Rewards and Joint Pools.

***

### **Base Contribution Tiers**

Earnings in Direct Referrals are determined by **performance thresholds**, based on the value generated through quest completions.

**Tier 1 represents the highest referral share (30%)**, while **Tier 4 represents the lowest (10%)**.

#### **Tier Table**

| Tier | Value Generated (rolling, USD) | Referral Share |
| ---------- | ------------------------------ | -------------- |
| **Tier 1** | **3,001+ USD**                 | **30%**        |
| **Tier 2** | **1,501–3,000 USD**            | **20%**        |
| **Tier 3** | **501–1,500 USD**              | **15%**        |
| **Tier 4** | **0–500 USD**                  | **10%**        |

#### **Notes**

* Value is derived from **quest completions by referred users**, normalized in USD.
* USD is used strictly as a **calculation and reporting layer**, not as the underlying activity metric.
* Value is evaluated on a **rolling basis** and applied **dynamically**.
* Tiers are **global** and act as the baseline for all other user-facing referral layers.
* Arkada periodically reviews tier thresholds and conditions to ensure **fairness, sustainability, and alignment with overall platform activity**. Thresholds may be adjusted over time as the ecosystem evolves.

***

### **Reward Distribution (Important)**

Referral rewards are distributed **on-chain at the moment a quest is completed**, directly to the wallet of the referrer.

* The referral share applied is based on your **current tier at the time of the quest completion**.
* Tier changes affect **future rewards only** and do **not retroactively modify past payouts**.

This ensures rewards are **immediate, transparent, and verifiable**.

***

### **Arkada Points Referral Bonus**

In addition to value-based rewards, **Direct Referrals also generate Arkada Points**.

When a user you refer completes quests and earns **Arkada Points**, you receive **1% of the Arkada Points they earn**.

**Example:**

* A referred user earns **1,000 Arkada Points**
* You receive **10 Arkada Points**

#### **Rules**

* Applies to **direct referrals only**
* Applies to **all quest completions**
* Calculated **independently** from value-based referral tiers
* Accrues automatically as long as the referral remains active

Arkada Points represent **long-term engagement and contribution** and run in parallel to value-based rewards.

***

### **Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**

#### **Primary KPIs (generate rewards)**

* Number of quests completed by referred users
* Aggregate quest activity generated by your direct referrals

#### **Supporting activities (instruments)**

* Social promotion and content creation
* Hosting AMAs or community sessions
* Mentoring and onboarding other contributors

> Only quest-driven activity generates rewards. Supporting actions increase performance but are not KPIs themselves.

***

### **Example Calculation**

**Scenario:**

* Referred users complete **15,000 quests**
* Normalized value per quest: **$0.25**
* Total value generated: **$3,750**

**Referral share (Tier 1 = 30%)**

* Earnings = $3,750 × 30% = **$1,125**

**Arkada Points bonus**

* If those users earned **12,000 Arkada Points**
* You receive **120 Arkada Points (1%)**

> This example reflects Direct Referral earnings only and excludes Mentorship Rewards or Joint Pools.

***

### **Tier Management & Safeguards**

Tier reassignment is **not immediate** and is designed to reward **sustained contribution**, not short-term spikes.

* **Upgrades (to a higher-share tier)** require **1 month** of sustained performance at or above the relevant threshold.
* **Downgrades (to a lower-share tier)** apply only after **2 months** of sustained performance below the relevant threshold.

**Important clarifications:**

* Rewards are still paid **immediately on-chain** at the time of each quest completion.
* The 1-month / 2-month rule affects **when your tier is allowed to change**, not when payouts occur.
* Tier status affects **future rewards only** and does not retroactively adjust past payouts.

Arkada reserves the right to **manually review individual cases** and apply adjustments when necessary to protect system integrity, prevent abuse, and ensure fairness.

***

### **Tracking & Transparency**

Every contributor has access to a **profile page** that serves as their referral control center.

From this page, contributors can:

* Track **total quest-driven value generated**
* View their **current tier and applicable referral share**
* Monitor **Arkada Points earned from referrals**
* Access their **unique referral link**

All data is visible, verifiable, and updated in real time.

***

### **Key Takeaways**

* Quest completions are the **only core value signal**
* Supporting actions are **means, not outcomes**
* Direct Referrals generate:
  * **Tier-based value rewards**
  * **1% Arkada Points bonus**
* Higher contribution → **higher tier → higher referral share**
* Tier 1 represents the **maximum individual referral share (30%)**
* Tier application is **dynamic, non-retroactive, and safeguarded**
* This layer is the **foundation** of the Arkada Referral System for users

> Tier numbering follows common Web3 convention: Tier 1 represents the highest referral share. Tier assignment is based on performance thresholds, not order of entry or time on the platform.

# Mentorship Rewards (Layer 2)

### **Purpose**

This page explains how **mentorship and network-building** generate additional rewards within the Arkada Referral System through **Mentorship Rewards (Layer 2)**.

Layer 2 builds **on top of Direct Referrals (Layer 1)** and exists to reward contributors who **onboard, support, and develop other contributors** whose referred users actively complete quests on Arkada.

Mentorship Rewards recognize **guidance, coordination, and long-term support**, not one-off introductions or passive referrals.

> All rewards across user-facing layers are drawn from the same contributor allocation, and total earnings across layers cannot exceed the system-wide cap of 40%.

### **How It Works**

***

Mentorship Rewards (Layer 2) operate as follows:

1. **You onboard or mentor other contributors** (your “mentees”).
2. **Users referred by your mentees complete quests** on Arkada.
3. You earn a **fixed mentorship reward share** based on the value generated by each mentee.
4. These rewards **stack on top of your Direct Referral earnings (Layer 1)**, subject to the overall system cap.

**Key points:**

* The mentorship reward share is **fixed at 10% per mentee**.
* Rewards are **proportional to each mentee’s performance**, not pooled or averaged.
* Only **quest-driven activity** generated by mentees is counted.
* Supporting actions (training, coordination, advice) are **instruments**, not KPIs.
* The system incentivizes **ongoing mentorship**: active mentees generate ongoing rewards.
* Arkada reserves the right to **review mentorship relationships and reward calculations manually** where necessary to ensure fairness and prevent abuse.

***

### **Example Calculations (Stacking in Practice)**

The Mentorship Rewards layer is **not capped by the number of mentees**. Earnings scale based on **how many second-level contributors you onboard and how well they perform**, while always respecting the system-wide cap.

#### **Scenario**

* You qualify for **Tier 1 in Direct Referrals (Layer 1)** with a **30% referral share**
* You directly onboard **5 contributors**
* Each of those contributors refers users who complete quests
* Quest-driven value generated by second-level contributors:
  * **Contributor A:** $1,200
  * **Contributor B:** $900
  * **Contributor C:** $1,500
  * **Contributor D:** $800
  * **Contributor E:** $600

**Total second-level value generated:** **$5,000**

#### **Step 1: Calculate Mentorship Rewards (Layer 2)**

Mentorship reward share: **10% per contributor**

* $5,000 × 10% = **$500** in Mentorship Rewards

This value is earned **automatically** as quests are completed by second-level users.

#### **Step 2: Combine with Direct Referral Earnings (Layer 1)**

Assume your **direct referrals** generate:

* Direct referral value: **$6,000**
* Layer 1 earnings: $6,000 × 30% = **$1,800**

#### **Total Earnings (Layer 1 + Layer 2)**

* **Direct Referrals (Layer 1):** $1,800
* **Mentorship Rewards (Layer 2):** $500

**Total combined earnings:** **$2,300**

> This example demonstrates how Mentorship Rewards scale horizontally with the size and performance of your network, while stacking vertically on top of Direct Referrals.

***

### **Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**

**Primary KPI (generates rewards):**

* Quest completions generated by users referred by your mentees

**Supporting activities (instruments):**

* Training and onboarding mentees
* Sharing best practices
* Coordinating or hosting joint initiatives

> Only quest-driven activity generates rewards. Supporting actions help improve mentee performance but do not generate rewards directly.

***

### **Tracking & Transparency**

Your **profile page** provides full visibility into Mentorship Rewards, including:

* Quest-driven value generated by your mentees
* Earnings from Mentorship Rewards
* Combined earnings across user-facing layers
* Progress relative to the system-wide cap

This allows you to **track mentorship impact clearly** and plan collaboration strategically.

***

### **Key Takeaways**

* Mentorship Rewards incentivize **leadership and long-term support**
* Rewards are tied to **real quest completions**, not appearances or reach
* Mentorship Rewards **stack on top of Direct Referrals**
* The mentorship reward share is **fixed at 10% per mentee**
* Total earnings across user-facing layers are capped for sustainability
* Strong, active contributor networks compound over time

# Joint Pools

### **Purpose**

Join Pools (Layer 3) are designed to **amplify referral performance through coordinated collaboration**, without changing how referrals are tracked or how rewards are paid.

Joint Pools allow contributors to **work together under a shared structure** to reach higher referral tiers faster, while **each participant continues to earn rewards individually** through their own referral activity.

> Joint Pools do not create new referral links, do not pool rewards on-chain, and do not override individual ownership of referrals.
>
> They function purely as a **tier amplifier**.

***

### **How Joint Pools Work**

At a high level:

1. A **Joint Pool is created by a qualified Mentor** and approved by the Arkada team.
2. Contributors **join the pool voluntarily** using their existing referral setup.
3. Each contributor continues to:
   * use their **own referral link**,
   * onboard users independently,
   * earn rewards **directly to their wallet**.
4. The **combined performance of the pool** is used to determine a **pool-level tier**.
5. Each pool member temporarily benefits from the **highest eligible tier** achieved by:
   * their **personal performance**, or
   * the **pool’s aggregated performance**.

> Rewards are still calculated per user, paid instantly on-chain, and remain fully transparent in the profile page (Performance Hub).

***

### **What Joint Pools Do (and Do Not Do)**

#### **Joint Pools DO**

* Amplify referral tiers through collaboration
* Reward coordination and collective execution
* Help smaller or newer contributors access higher tiers faster
* Enable mentors to structure cohorts and learning groups
* Stack **on top of Layer 1 and Layer 2**, within system caps

#### **Joint Pools DO NOT**

* Create shared wallets or pooled balances
* Replace individual referral tracking
* Delay or batch payouts
* Bypass system caps or safeguards
* Override Arkada’s right to review or revoke participation

***

### **Tier Amplification Logic**

Joint Pools are treated **conceptually like a contributor** when it comes to tier evaluation.

* Pool performance is measured using the **same quest-driven value logic** as individual referrals.
* If the pool qualifies for a higher tier than a member’s personal tier:
  * the **higher tier applies** for that member while they are in the pool.
* If a member’s personal tier is higher:
  * their **personal tier takes precedence**.

> Tier amplification is dynamic, adjusts automatically, and reflects current performance — no snapshots.

***

### **Entry, Lock Period & Membership Rules**

* **Joining a pool is permissionless**, subject to pool rules and Arkada approval.
* Once a user **joins a pool**, they are **locked in for 1 month**.
* During the lock period:
  * The user **cannot exit** the pool.
  * Referral activity continues normally.
* After the lock period:
  * Exits are allowed.
  * Tier amplification adjusts accordingly.

This design:

* prevents pool hopping,
* limits abuse,
* keeps the system simple and predictable.

***

### **Rewards & Payouts**

* **All rewards are paid instantly on-chain**, at the moment a quest completion generates value.
* Rewards are sent **directly to each contributor’s wallet**.
* Joint Pools **do not delay, aggregate, or redistribute payouts**.

> Pools influence which tier applies, not how or when funds move.

***

### **Contribution Performance**

Pool performance is based on **contribution performance**, meaning:

* Quest completions generated by all pool members
* Normalized value derived from those completions
* Fully visible and traceable in each user’s **Performance Hub**

Higher contribution → higher tier → higher referral share.

***

### **Governance & Safeguards**

* Joint Pools are **mentor-defined and Arkada-approved**
* Arkada reserves the right to:
  * review pool structures,
  * remove abusive participants,
  * dissolve pools if necessary,
  * adjust tier eligibility where anomalies are detected
* All actions prioritize **fairness, sustainability, and abuse prevention**

***

### **Key Takeaways**

* Joint Pools **amplify tiers**, not rewards ownership
* One referral link per user — always
* Rewards are **individual, instant, and on-chain**
* Pool membership is **locked for 1 month**
* Collaboration increases earning potential
* System caps and safeguards always apply

> Joint Pools reward coordination and execution, not shortcuts.

# Featured Projects

### **Purpose**

Featured Projects are **projects, companies, or platforms** that collaborate with Arkada using its **engagement and referral infrastructure** to onboard users who actively participate through quest completions.

There is **no single “correct” way** to work with Arkada.

Featured Projects exist to support **multiple partnership models** under a **shared, performance-based framework**, while keeping execution flexible and aligned with each partner’s specific business reality.

***

### **Infrastructure-First Approach**

Arkada is an **on-chain engagement infrastructure**.

It provides the tooling to:

* design and configure participation flows,
* track quest completions on-chain,
* analyze and score real user behavior,
* attribute value transparently,
* distribute rewards based on measurable outcomes.

This infrastructure ensures that participation is **verifiable, traceable, and resistant to manipulation**, unlike systems based purely on off-chain actions or surface-level engagement.

***

### **How Featured Projects Work with Arkada**

Featured Projects may collaborate with Arkada in **different ways**, all governed by the same underlying referral and performance logic.

Depending on the partnership structure, this can include:

* campaigns built around quest participation,
* user onboarding driven by external distribution or traffic,
* referral-based attribution tied to real user activity,
* incentive structures aligned with participation outcomes.

The **common denominator** is always the same:

> Users onboarded through Featured Project collaborations generate value only when they complete quests and meaningfully participate on Arkada.

***

### **Referral-Based Value Alignment**

For Featured Projects, Arkada may apply a **predefined referral share** that reflects the value generated through participation.

Key principles:

* Referral parameters are defined **upfront**.
* Referral shares typically fall within a **fixed range**, depending on structure and scope.
* Referral logic is applied **from day one**, without reliance on tier progression.
* All attribution is tied to **quest-driven value**, not traffic alone.

This ensures that incentives are aligned with **outcomes**, not promises or reach.

***

### **Incentive & Reward Flexibility**

Featured Projects may use different incentive structures, including but not limited to:

* referral-based value sharing,
* performance-linked reward pools,
* hybrid configurations.

All incentives are governed by the same principles:

* rewards scale with participation,
* distribution follows measurable contribution,
* outcomes are transparent and auditable.

The exact configuration depends on **mutual alignment and campaign goals**, rather than rigid templates.

***

### **Campaign Design & Execution**

Arkada supports Featured Projects across the full execution lifecycle, including:

* participation flow design,
* quest and incentive configuration,
* referral attribution logic,
* analytics and reporting,
* performance review and optimization.

The focus is always on **real user interaction**, not surface-level activity.

***

### **Tracking, Analytics & Transparency**

All Featured Project collaborations benefit from Arkada’s infrastructure:

* on-chain tracking of quest completions,
* transparent value attribution,
* contribution performance analytics,
* user-level visibility via the **Performance Hub**.

There are:

* no vanity metrics,
* no black-box attribution,
* no opaque reporting.

***

### **Governance & Integrity**

To protect all participants, Arkada reserves the right to:

* review collaboration behavior,
* adjust configurations where necessary,
* pause or discontinue setups in cases of abuse or misalignment.

This governance layer ensures **fairness, sustainability, and long-term trust**.

***

### **Who Featured Projects Are For**

Featured Projects are suitable for partners that:

* have existing distribution or user access,
* value **participation over clicks**,
* seek transparent, performance-based outcomes,
* want infrastructure that scales with real usage.

***

### **Summary**

* Featured Projects collaborate through a **shared referral and engagement framework**
* Arkada provides **on-chain participation infrastructure**
* Multiple collaboration models are supported **equally**
* Incentives are tied to **real quest completions**
* All outcomes are **measurable, transparent, and performance-driven**

# Ecosystems

### **Purpose**

Ecosystems are **networks of multiple projects** (typically 10 or more) that coordinate quest campaigns together on Arkada.

They represent a **business-to-business (B2B)** use of Arkada’s engagement infrastructure and are uniquely positioned to:

* **Aggregate very large user bases**, often generating **substantial amounts of quest completions**
* Drive **high-volume, coordinated participation** across multiple communities
* Align multiple projects under a single execution and incentive framework

**Goal:**

Enable ecosystems to attract large-scale user participation by **recycling a portion of quest-driven value into a shared prize pool**, without relying on traditional upfront distribution or media spend.

> This model allows ecosystems to launch high-impact campaigns on Arkada while being rewarded through real participation, rather than fixed or speculative distribution.

***

### **How It Works**

#### **1. Campaign Setup**

Arkada works with the ecosystem to define:

* Campaign duration
* Quest structure across participating projects
* Expected participation scale
* Prize pool logic and distribution rules

All campaign parameters are **reviewed and approved** to ensure alignment, fairness, and system integrity.

***

#### **2. Quest Participation & Value Generation**

* Users complete quests across ecosystem projects.
* Large ecosystems can generate **substantial amounts of quest completions** within a single campaign.
* Each quest completion contributes to the **total campaign value**, which is tracked and verifiable through Arkada’s infrastructure.

***

#### **3. Prize Pool Formation**

* A **default portion (typically up to 20%)** of the total quest-driven value is allocated to a **dedicated ecosystem prize pool**.
* The prize pool is **derived directly from actual user participation**.
* It is not based on impressions, clicks, or speculative reach.
* **Final allocation parameters are defined per campaign and subject to Arkada approval.**

This aligns incentives naturally: more real participation → larger pool.

***

#### **4. Reward Distribution**

* The prize pool is distributed to participants based on **individual contribution performance**.
* Contribution performance is calculated using Arkada’s internal logic designed to:
  * reflect real participation,
  * prevent manipulation,
  * and ensure transparent, fair distribution.
* Higher contribution → higher share of the pool.

> Ecosystem prize pools are campaign-level structures and are distinct from user-created joint pools.

***

#### **5. Optional Enhancements**

* Ecosystems may optionally add additional incentives to the prize pool.
* Any added incentives are distributed using the **same contribution performance logic**.

***

### **Key Performance Indicator (KPI)**

**Primary KPI:**

* **Total quest completions across all ecosystem projects**

> Quest completions are the sole input used to calculate campaign value and prize pool size.

Supporting actions such as coordination, promotion, or community events help increase participation, but **do not directly affect reward allocation**.

***

### **Tracking & Transparency**

For ecosystem campaigns, Arkada provides:

* Transparent tracking of total quest completions
* Contribution performance visibility per participant
* Clear breakdown of prize pool formation and allocation

All inputs and outputs are **verifiable, traceable, and performance-based**, ensuring trust for ecosystems, projects, and users alike.

***

### **Governance & Integrity**

To protect all parties, Arkada reserves the right to:

* review campaign behavior and performance patterns,
* adjust configurations where necessary,
* pause or discontinue campaigns in cases of misuse or abuse.

This governance layer ensures ecosystem campaigns remain **fair, sustainable, and aligned** with the platform’s long-term health.

***

### **Key Takeaways**

* Ecosystems operate as a **B2B campaign structure** on Arkada
* Large-scale coordination enables **massive real participation**
* A portion of quest-driven value is **recycled into a shared prize pool**
* Incentives are **performance-derived**, not impression-based
* Rewards scale naturally with participation
* All outcomes are **transparent, verifiable, and system-governed**

# Academy

{% hint style="info" %}
**This section is under development and may change over time.**
{% endhint %}

### **What Is the ARKADA Academy?**

The Arkada Academy is a talent pipeline and governance layer for users who want to grow as creators, influencers, and leaders within the Arkada ecosystem.

It is not:

* a course platform,
* a paid program,
* or a requirement to earn rewards.

You can participate in the Arkada Referral System and earn rewards without ever joining the Academy.

The Academy exists to support users who want to learn faster, collaborate, and scale their impact through structured guidance and community coordination.

At its core, the Academy connects:

* learning through real participation,
* creator growth through execution,
* leadership through responsibility and trust.

### **How the Academy Fits Into the Arkada Ecosystem**

Arkada operates on two distinct but complementary layers:

**Economic Layer**

* Quest completions drive value.
* Referrals (Layer 1 & Layer 2) are permissionless and automatic.
* Rewards are paid on-chain, instantly, per quest completion.
* No Discord access is required to earn.

**Academy Layer**

* Optional and opt-in.
* Focused on coordination, mentorship, and leverage.
* Exists to help contributors scale outcomes, not gate rewards.

Think of it as:

* Referral System → how value is generated and distributed
* Academy → how people organize, grow, and lead

### **Academy Role Hierarchy**

**Intern**

Who this is

* New users exploring Arkada and Web3
* Learning how quests and referrals work
* Early experimentation phase

Access

* Full access to Arkada
* Full access to Direct Referrals (Layer 1) and Second-Level Referrals (Layer 2)
* Community support and public documentation

Interns do not have Academy access.

Intern is a starting identity, not a restriction.

Many users remain Interns by choice and still earn successfully.

**Creator**

Who this is

* Users actively driving quest participation
* Creating content, guides, or educational material
* Demonstrating consistent, outcome-driven contribution

Access

* Direct Referrals (Layer 1)
* Second-Level Referrals (Layer 2)
* Academy participation
* Creator-only Discord channels
* Eligibility to join Joint Pools

Notes

* Creator status is manual and human-reviewed
* Referral access is not gated by this role

**Mentor**

Who this is

* Proven leaders with sustained results
* Trusted operators within the Academy
* Individuals who consistently help others succeed

Access

* Mentor role on Discord (manual)
* Ability to operate one or more Joint Pools
* Academy governance responsibilities

Important clarification

* The Mentor role is a Discord/Academy trust role
* Second-Level Referral rewards (Layer 2) are permissionless and available to all users regardless of Academy role

Mentor status is granted and revoked manually to prevent abuse.

### **Progression Philosophy**

There are no automatic promotions in the Academy.

* Discord XP and levels are signals, not authority
* Referral performance informs decisions
* Final role assignment is always human-reviewed

Typical progression:

* Intern → Creator: learning, effort, early outcomes
* Creator → Mentor: sustained performance, leadership, trust

This ensures governance remains intentional and abuse-resistant.

### **What Creators Do in the Academy**

The Academy is execution-focused.

Creators typically:

* explain quests and projects they interacted with,
* create guides and walkthroughs,
* publish educational threads and posts,
* produce short-form video, visuals, or audio,
* help users understand how and why to participate.

The core question is always:

Does this help someone complete a quest?

### **Content Support & Visibility**

Arkada tracks and supports consistent, high-quality contributors.

The team may:

* amplify standout content,
* provide feedback,
* highlight effective creators.

Amplification is:

* discretionary,
* merit-based,
* tied to real outcomes.

There are no guaranteed reposts.

### **Academy & the Referral System (Important)**

Everyone has access to Direct Referrals (Layer 1) and Second-Level Referrals (Layer 2) by default.

You can:

* grab your referral link,
* invite users,
* earn rewards instantly on-chain,
* increase your tier automatically if eligible.

The Academy:

* does not gate earnings,
* does not control referral access,
* exists to multiply coordination and leverage.

### **Mentors, Joint Pools & Collaboration**

Joint Pools are closely tied to the Academy:

* Pools are Mentor-led
* Creators may join by invitation
* Pools act as tier amplifiers
* Rewards still flow per user, not to the pool

Key rules:

* One pool per user
* Joining a pool triggers a 1-month lock
* Pool performance can affect tier eligibility
* Pool exits are restricted to prevent abuse

### **Discord’s Role**

Discord is the social and governance layer, not the economic one.

* Levels and XP → engagement signals
* Roles → trust and responsibility
* Economic truth → Profile Page / Performance Hub

Creators and Mentors gain access to dedicated channels after approval.

### **Long-Term Value for Creators**

The Academy is not designed to lock anyone in.

As creators:

* improve execution,
* learn how to drive real participation,
* build credibility and networks,

they gain skills and reputation that extend beyond Arkada.

The goal is not dependence.

The goal is to be the place where it clicked.

### **Summary**

* Academy = optional accelerator, not a gate
* Intern → Creator → Mentor hierarchy
* Referrals remain permissionless and automatic
* Mentors and Joint Pools unlock leverage
* Manual governance where power exists
* Real participation over vanity metrics

## **Applying for Quests – Bring Your Project to ARKADA!**

ARKADA allows **any project** to create and publish quests, engaging users with your platform while rewarding based on value contribution. Whether it’s social tasks, on-chain actions, or community growth challenges - your quests will appear in the ARKADA questing platform, where thousands of users can discover and complete them.

***

## **Why Submit Quests?**

* **Boost Engagement** – Tap into gamified mechanics to attract traffic, spark interactions, and sustain growth.
* **Value Based Rewards** – Enable value-based, performance-driven incentives through ARKADA's Advance Scoring Engine.
* **Seamless Integration** – Easy submission process with flexible task types.

***

## **How It Works**

1. **Submit Quest Details** – Define tasks (e.g., follow, retweet, swap, stake).
2. **Set Rewards** – Define the rewards type and amount for user incentivization.&#x20;
3. **Go Live** – Approved quests appear instantly in the ARKADA ecosystem.&#x20;

**Ready to grow?** Submit your quest and let ARKADA’s users power your success.&#x20;

# Welcome

Welcome to the GitBook Starter Template! Here you'll get an overview of all the amazing features GitBook offers to help you build beautiful, interactive documentation.

You'll see some of the best parts of GitBook in action — and find help on how you can turn this template into your own.

# Quickstart

<figure><img src="https://gitbookio.github.io/onboarding-template-images/quickstart-hero.png" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

Beautiful documentation starts with the content you create — and GitBook makes it easy to get started with any pre-existing content.

{% hint style="info" %}
Want to learn about writing content from scratch? Head to the [Basics](https://github.com/GitbookIO/onboarding-template/blob/main/getting-started/broken-reference/README.md) section to learn more.
{% endhint %}

### Import

GitBook supports importing content from many popular writing tools and formats. If your content already exists, you can upload a file or group of files to be imported.

<div data-full-width="false"><figure><img src="https://gitbookio.github.io/onboarding-template-images/quickstart-import.png" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure></div>

### Sync a repository

GitBook also allows you to set up a bi-directional sync with an existing repository on GitHub or GitLab. Setting up Git Sync allows you and your team to write content in GitBook or in code, and never have to worry about your content becoming out of sync.

# Editor

GitBook has a powerful block-based editor that allows you to seamlessly create, update, and enhance your content.

<figure><img src="https://gitbookio.github.io/onboarding-template-images/editor-hero.png" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

### Writing content

GitBook offers a range of block types for you to add to your content inline — from simple text and tables, to code blocks and more. These elements will make your pages more useful to readers, and offer extra information and context.

Either start typing below, or press `/` to see a list of the blocks you can insert into your page.

### Add a new block

{% stepper %}
{% step %}

### Open the insert block menu

Press `/` on your keyboard to open the insert block menu.
{% endstep %}

{% step %}

### Search for the block you need&#x20;

Try searching for “Stepper”, for exampe, to insert the stepper block.
{% endstep %}

{% step %}

### Insert and edit your block

Click or press Enter to insert your block. From here, you’ll be able to edit it as needed.
{% endstep %}
{% endstepper %}

# Markdown

GitBook supports many different types of content, and is backed by Markdown — meaning you can copy and paste any existing Markdown files directly into the editor!

<figure><img src="https://gitbookio.github.io/onboarding-template-images/markdown-hero.png" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

Feel free to test it out and copy the Markdown below by hovering over the code block in the upper right, and pasting into a new line underneath.

```markdown
# Heading
This is some paragraph text, with a [link](https://docs.gitbook.com) to our docs.
## Heading 2
- Point 1
- Point 2
- Point 3
```

{% hint style="info" %}
If you have multiple files, GitBook makes it easy to import full repositories too — allowing you to keep your GitBook content in sync.
{% endhint %}

# Interactive blocks

In addition to the default Markdown you can write, GitBook has a number of out-of-the-box interactive blocks you can use. You can find interactive blocks by pressing `/` from within the editor.

<figure><img src="https://gitbookio.github.io/onboarding-template-images/interactive-hero.png" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

### Tabs

{% tabs %}
{% tab title="First tab" %}
Each tab is like a mini page — it can contain multiple other blocks, of any type. So you can add code blocks, images, integration blocks and more to individual tabs in the same tab block.
{% endtab %}

{% tab title="Second tab" %}
Add images, embedded content, code blocks, and more.

```javascript
const handleFetchEvent = async (request, context) => {
    return new Response({message: "Hello World"});
};
```

{% endtab %}
{% endtabs %}

### Expandable sections

<details>

<summary>Click me to expand</summary>

Expandable blocks are helpful in condensing what could otherwise be a lengthy paragraph. They are also great in step-by-step guides and FAQs.

</details>

### Drawings

<img alt="" class="gitbook-drawing">

### Embedded content

{% embed url="<https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YILlrDYzAm4>" %}

{% hint style="info" %}
GitBook supports thousands of embedded websites out-of-the-box, simply by pasting their links. Feel free to check out which ones[ are supported natively](https://iframely.com).
{% endhint %}

# OpenAPI

You can sync GitBook pages with an OpenAPI or Swagger file or a URL to include auto-generated API methods in your documentation.

### OpenAPI block

GitBook's OpenAPI block is powered by [Scalar](https://scalar.com/), so you can test your APIs directly from your docs.

{% openapi src="<https://petstore3.swagger.io/api/v3/openapi.json>" path="/pet" method="post" %}
<https://petstore3.swagger.io/api/v3/openapi.json>
{% endopenapi %}

# Integrations

GitBook integrations allow you to connect your GitBook spaces to some of your favorite platforms and services. You can install integrations into your GitBook page from the *Integrations* menu in the top left.

<figure><img src="https://gitbookio.github.io/onboarding-template-images/integrations-hero.png" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

### Types of integrations
