Overview
1. What is Arkada?
Arkada is a community engagement infrastructure that incentivises real user activity through quest campaigns. The Arkada Referral System is designed to reward contributors who bring active users to the platform and help grow meaningful participation.
ARKADA operates a real product with real infrastructure. Quest completions are the core signal of value on the platform, as they represent time, attention, and effort contributed by users. When contributors help onboard users who actively complete quests, they support the sustainability of the ecosystem and are rewarded accordingly.
Arkada itself is not a media platform or a marketing agency.
It is an execution layer where engagement is translated into real economic activity, and rewards are distributed based on actual, measurable contribution, not reach, hype, or vanity metrics.
2. Why a Referral System Exists
Arkada grows through people:
Influencers and KOLs
Community leaders
Power users
Projects and ecosystems
The referral system exists to:
Reward contributors who generate real economic value
Align incentives between Arkada, contributors, and partners
Encourage long-term, compounding contribution
Support collaboration and mentorship without relying on vanity metrics
This is a performance-based revenue-sharing system that rewards real value, not activity.
3. What Arkada Actually Rewards (Important)
Arkada does not reward activity by default.
Creating content, posting on socials, hosting AMAs, or training other contributors are tools, not goals or standalone KPIs.
The only core objective of the referral system is:
Supporting real, measurable participation on Arkada through completed quests
This happens primarily through:
Quest completions (the main and only driver)
Actions that do not lead to completed quests do not directly generate referral rewards.
Quest completions represent time, effort, and attention invested by users. They are the clearest and most consistent signal of value on the platform, and the foundation upon which referral rewards are calculated.
4. How Value Is Measured
All rewards are calculated based on outcomes, not effort.
Examples of what is measured:
Number of quests completed
Aggregate quest activity generated by referred users or teams
Examples of what is not measured directly:
Impressions or reach
Number of posts
Follower count
Engagement that does not lead to completed quests
This ensures the system rewards real participation and results, not appearances, hype, or surface-level activity.
5. High-Level Revenue Model
All rewards on Arkada follow a fixed and transparent allocation model.
A predefined portion of the value generated on the platform is reserved for contributors, while the remainder is used to:
operate and maintain the platform,
support ongoing development and R&D,
and ensure the long-term sustainability of the ecosystem.
This allocation model applies globally across all referral mechanisms.
No matter how someone earns (direct referrals, mentorship, or collaborative structures):
No individual can receive more than 40% in total
(up to 30% from 1st-level referrals + 10% from 2nd-level referrals)
All contributor rewards are drawn from the same shared allocation
This ensures the system remains sustainable, predictable, and fair, while allowing contributors to earn meaningfully based on verifiable participation.
6. The Layered Incentive Model (Conceptual)
Arkada uses a layered model, where different types of contribution are rewarded separately, while all layers build on the Direct Referrals (Layer 1)
User & Creator Referral Layers (B2C)
These layers are designed for individuals participating directly in the ecosystem.
Direct Referrals (Layer 1)
Value generated by users you directly onboard through completed quests
Rewards individual execution and consistency
Serves as the foundation for all other layers (mentorship, pools, ecosystem partnerships)
Tiers are dynamic, with increases applied after 1 month of sustained performance and decreases applied after 2 months of underperformance
Mentorship Rewards (Layer 2)
Value generated by contributors you onboard and actively support
Rewards network-building, guidance, and leadership
Earned on top of individual (1-level) contributions
Collaborative Pools (Layer 3) (Coming Soon)
Value generated collectively with other contributors
Rewards collaboration and coordinated execution
Designed to create additional earning paths for contributors operating as part of a group
Each layer:
Scales with performance
Rewards different types of contribution
Contributes to total earnings within the 40% system cap
7. What This System Is (and Is Not)
This system is:
Performance-based
Outcome-driven
Transparent and verifiable
Designed for long-term participation
Fair to both small and large contributors
Built on Direct Referrals (Layer 1) that supports sustainability
This system is NOT:
A fixed-rate affiliate program
A content bounty or posting incentive system
A vanity-metric leaderboard
A guaranteed income mechanism
8. Governance & Current State
Currently:
Pools, special campaign setups, and tier exceptions are handled on a case-by-case basis
Arkada reviews and approves:
Collaborative pool setups
Tier exceptions where applicable
Campaign-specific conditions
Adjustments for Featured Projects and Ecosystems
This approach prioritizes fairness, consistency, and abuse prevention over premature automation.
Tier evaluations in Direct Referrals (Layer 1) is currently reviewed manually.
As the system evolves, selective automation may be introduced to improve speed while preserving fairness and transparency.
9. Transparency & Tracking
